Project audit for a new blood fractionation factory

Challenge

A project audit was ordered for an european blood fractionation leader board to assess the project risks in terms of cost and planning execution in order to obtain recommandation and mitigation plan for detected risks.

Mission

An european blood fractionation leader board has requested a deep audit of one of the largest industrial project for the medicines production in Europe. Several domain such as project organisation, planning, site EHS, CQV strategy, FDA approval strategy, production processes implementation, procurement management, contract management, competences have been audited by ILS experts team for each domaines.
